Café Kestrel

An enchanting little bistro in Red Hook, where Teo and I had one of my favorite meals of the last few years, which I wrote about here. I love that the menu includes chic dishes like seafood terrine and farinata with olives, but also French fries and the best mac and cheese of my life. Come for date night, split a bottle of wine, and eat well.
